Chiao Hsin Graduation Ceremony
As we prepare to celebrate the Class of 2026 at Chiao Hsin's graduation ceremony on May 21st, we want to make this day truly unforgettable — and we can't think of a more meaningful way to do that than by hearing from you.
This year, we are inviting parents to step up to the podium and share a few words during the ceremony. Whether it's an expression of gratitude — to teachers, mentors, classmates, or community members who walked alongside your family on this journey — or a celebration of your child's growth, achievements, and the person they have become, your voice will add something no one else can give.
We know that behind every graduate is a family who believed, sacrificed, encouraged, and loved them through every chapter. Hearing those reflections, in your own words, will give our graduates a memory they'll carry far beyond this day.

2nd Advance Level Town Hall Meeting
Junior high is an important stage where habits, responsibility, and learning attitudes take shape. Language learning is a gradual process that requires consistency, patience, and strong support from both school and home.
During this meeting, we will align on expectations, student responsibility, and how we can better support your child’s growth academically and personally. Our goal is to strengthen communication between parents, students, and the school, and ensure we are working together in the same direction.
We hope you can join us for this important conversation.

Online Summer Program
As our world continues to evolve during these uncertain times, the world of education has also experienced change. The things we look forward to during summer will be very different this year. In order to continue our summer program this year, we will continue with the online learning format. With much research and collaboration, we’ve come up with a streamlined program structure. This new structure will develop students to be self-driven, independent, and proactive in their daily learning routines and personal learning journey. As always, Chiao Hsin highly values the building of student character and the development of positive character traits that are both life-long assets to be successful adults in the future. Academic excellence is also valued, but with a balanced approach.
Our hybrid learning experience combines the flexibility of learning and reviewing the instructions at your own pace, as well as the live interaction with the teacher. Traditional class time will be enhanced in these three major elements: Instruction, Assignment, and Face-to-face time. Our school believes that this will be a forward learning experience for our students with the goal of learning more efficiently and more effectively. We understand that no two students are the same and so differentiation is an important part of education. We believe that it is important to meet the needs of all of our students. This learning structure will allow our teachers differentiate instruction and also be able to spend more time with the students that require more attention and support.
As always, Chiao Hsin will provide classes that will improve and support students in the subject areas of English and Math. Each student will be able to strengthen their understanding and skills in the following areas of reading, writing, and math to better prepare them for the upcoming school year. The English and Math classes will follow the same lesson structure as the Chinese classes. We are also providing classes that will exercise the creative parts of the brain through Dance, Music, Visual Art, and STEM Clubs. We hope the combinations of these classes will bring your child a well-rounded summer this year.
